The conditions for using PastFear and purchasing a personal digital guide.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the PastFear website and guides. Contact: support@pastfear.com. Effective date: October 28, 2026.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and our Refund Policy explains refunds and purchase problems.

2. What you receive

PastFear offers free quizzes and results, with an optional paid PDF guide built from your answers. The offer page describes what is included.

The guide is a digital download for your personal use. There is no physical shipment, subscription, counselling, coaching or ongoing updates.

3. Educational support

Our quizzes and guides support self-reflection and preparation. They are not a medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment or substitute for professional care, and we do not guarantee a particular result.

Use your own judgement with exercises and seek qualified help when needed. PastFear is not an emergency service: in a crisis, call or text 988 in the US or contact your local emergency services. The service is for adults aged 18 or older.

4. Price and payment

The total price, currency and taxes are shown at checkout. Your purchase is a one-time payment.

Payments are processed by Link (Stripe Managed Payments), the merchant of record shown at checkout and on your receipt, under its own buyer terms. Link handles payment, tax and transaction support; PastFear provides the guide and product support.

5. Delivery and access

After payment is confirmed, the confirmation page gives you the PDF and we email an access link to your checkout email address. Keep the link private, since anyone with it can open your guide, and download a copy for offline use.

If the file or email does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us. Delivery problems and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Using your guide

You may download, keep and print your guide for personal, non-commercial use. PastFear keeps all rights in the guide content, branding and website. Do not resell or share the guide or its access link, bypass payment checks or interfere with the site.

7. Liability and changes

Our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow a limit. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you have by law. We may update these terms for future use and purchases.
